Referred to as washed concrete sand or manufactured sand, ASTM C33 refers to a type of sand that meets specific ASTM guidelines for concrete aggregates. Other uses include: horse arenas, septic mounds, PG&E bedding, high-quality permeable drain systems, masonry, playgrounds, blend sand for pump-ability and finishing, and underneath pavers and sports fields.
